1st February 2010 to 28th February 2010

Probably one of the most difficult days out in a long while. Not knowin when they will run, the sun moving head on when they did run and naff all knowledge of the line.
I Managed two pretty decent shots. so better than nowt. If the forecast was right I would of planned it a bit better.
It was a Monstrous sight seeing 37109 on load 30 full of spoil and a noise that brought back many many fine memories of these on decent trains. Just wish I had the vidicam to hand.
A day out to Flimby followed a few days later only the one shot to show for my efforts from a piss poor forecast and same again for the ELR East Coast day just one for my efforts.

Gordon Highlander leads the way with one engine on full chat with a dead duff and load 6 at the ELR's East Coast day. This is my 3rd visit to Flimby so far. Only the one shot today as the weather wasnt as good as the forecast, but I always say if you can come home with just one.
